Package Your Items

Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
